About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive solicitor to handle a diverse range of family and matrimonial matters. You will be managing a wholly private caseload, including:
- Divorce and financial disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes/agreements
- Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents' rights
- Child abduction/adoption cases
- Non-molestation and occupation orders
You'll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
To be considered:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of PQE
- Strong technical skills in Family Law
- A team player with excellent professional judgement and a client-focused approach
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large caseload effectively
- Commercial awareness and the drive to support the firm’s growth
